75th Hunger Games
I thought it was disgusting how President Snow made all the past Hunger Games winners have to be picked out of their District's pool of them to go into ANOTHER Hunger Games! Most of them are so old that they die almost voluntarily, like that old lady that liked Finnick, who voluntarily died in the poisonous gas to save them. I like how Katniss points out how sad it is to see old people parade around in costumes in chariots to be picked off in the Games. This just makes me even ANGRIER at the Capitol! Follow me for more posts on the Hunger Games! Also, vote on the right for your favorite characters, and the Team Gale vs. Team Peeta poll is back! Vote now, and share your opinions with other readers!

RUE!!!!! (Spoiler if you haven't read the complete first book)
WHY MUST SHE DIE!!! Rue, the peace loving little girl who sticks with Katniss like glue, DIES!!!! I really wish this had ended differently and somehow Rue escapes, but then if you were to change that, the story would end differently, but WHY!!! I am so upset! When I read the part where she gets stabbed, I was on the verge of tears! :'-( Poor Rue! I thought it was so sweet how Katniss covered Rue with flowers, but they didn't show it on the T.V's around Panem. Those gross Capitol savages just sit there and watch as a helpless little girl just DIES! Ugh, and Effie Trinket is one of them, those Capitol slobs! Once a Capitol member, always a Capitol member. (Sorry Effie fans, but the truth hurts. She is still a Capitol member.)

What's with District 13?
In the 2nd book, Catching Fire, Katniss meets Twill and Bonnie, who are two people from District 8 that fled in the uprising. They have the Mockingjay symbol ,on the cracker they show Katniss, which represents the rebellion in Panem. Twill explains how they never actually show District 13, they Capitol just broadcasts an old clip that shows ruins and rubble, from when the Capitol destroyed it years ago. What is the Capitol hiding? Is it still rubble, or has the Capitol done something top secret that they don't want to show Panem's residents? What do you think? Leave a comment below with what you think the Capitol has done with District 13!
President Snow
President Snow is EVIL! No matter how not evil his name sounds, he is a bad guy. Anyone who is the president of a society, like the Capitol, that puts young adults and children in an arena to battle to the death is THE WORST, and he's just gross. A guy who smells like 'blood and roses', as Katniss said, will definately NOT be a good guy. He is the reason that Peeta and Katniss must get married. (See my other post and #TeamGale) Oh and VOTE please!
Team Peeta vs. Team Gale
I vote team Gale. Gale is a hunter, knows Katniss better, and has more things in common with Katniss than Peeta does. Sure Peeta is all nice to Katniss, but he's loud and will scare away all the things Katniss hunts! He's useless in hunting, and all he does in the first Hunger Games is get a fever and have Katniss save him! He's just a baker, and come on! Forced relationship!!!! The only thing he did useful was give her bread when she was starvintg like 10 years ago!!! Thats the ONLY reason Katniss would recognize Peeta! If you haven't read the books, READ THEM! Then you will know that Gale is better. Leave a comment below supporting your team. Thanks :-D #TeamGale #SquareFace Oh and follow me if you like this blog!
